Getting there
- ✈️ Kannur International Airport (CNN) — about 90 km, 2½ hours by road
- ✈️ Calicut International Airport (CCJ) — about 130 km, 3½ hours by road
- 🚆 Wayanad has no railway — the nearest stations are Thalassery (~80 km) and Kozhikode (~105 km)
- 🛣️ The ghat roads up to Wayanad are winding — allow extra time
Where to stay
- 🏡 Plenty of homestays and resorts around Wayanad — Mananthavady town is the handiest base

Getting there
- ✈️ Cochin International Airport (COK) — about 60 km, 1½ hours by road
- 🚆 Nearest stations: Aluva, Ernakulam or Kottayam — each about 55–60 km away
Where to stay
- 🏨 Plenty of hotels in Thodupuzha town, a short drive from both venues
- 🚗 Mananthavady to Thodupuzha is roughly 7–8 hours by road — there are two free days in between for the journey.
